Seasons come and go, each with their own challenges. As new blossoms emerge on the trees, lawns are mowed, gardens are planted, and pollen is released into the air, the seasonal discomfort of allergies may become a regular occurrence.  You may experience itchy, watery eyes, congestion, a runny nose, or sneezes and sniffles. You may also experience coughing, difficulty breathing, or even that dreaded mucus!

Seasonal allergies are caused by the body's inability to adapt to changes in the environment. While some of us may thrive with the change of seasons, it is also known for bringing on an array of issues and much discomfort for those who do not adapt as easily. (When we have an overload of toxins in our systems, it makes it harder for tour body to function properly. Learn more about toxins

Doctor visits and allergy medicine are expensive and most insurance doesn’t cover over-the-counter medication. Plus, have you ever looked at the side effects on those boxes? It was enough to scare me away! Fortunately with a little help from nature, there is no reason to suffer through the season.

GET NATURAL RELIEF WITH ESSENTIAL OILS
The anti-inflammatory, anti-histamine and anti-allergenic healing properties of some essential oils can be extremely helpful in reducing the uncomfortable symptoms.
Make Your Own Powerful All-Natural Seasonal Relief
Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint essential oils can create a powerful all-natural antihistamine. When combined, these oils are known for their ability to maintain clear breathing, and to promote a healthy respiratory system and immune response. It is very important to use only the highest quality of essential oils with these recipes. Otherwise you may not get the consistent results you need.  I only use essential oils that are rigorously tested multiple times both by third parties and in-house, and they are safe enough to take internally.
