DIY Recipes to Help You Sleep Well

Essential oils can be used to reduce stress, boost mood, ease headaches, or even just make a room smell fresher. If you’re looking for way to use essential oils to help you relax and fall asleep faster, here are a few recipes that might do the trick.

DIY Linen Pillow Spray 
In a 2 ounce glass spray bottle put
5 drops Serenity
Fill with water
Shake before each use.
Lightly mist sheets & pillows at bedtime

Sleepy Time Blend Roller Bottle
In a 10ml roller bottle put
5 drops Bergamot
5 drops Cedarwood
5 drops Frankincense
Fill ½ way Fractionated Coconut Oil

SLEEPY TIME MASSAGE OIL
5–10 drops Essential Oil (Choose one or a mixture of Balance the Grounding Blend, Lavender, Cedarwood, Sandalwood).
1 tbsp. Fractionated Coconut Oil or doTERRA Spa Hand and Body Lotion
Massage on back, arms, legs, and feet.

 GOOD NIGHT DIFFUSER RECIPE
3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
3 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
1 drop Vetiver Essential Oil





Do you have a little one that's afraid of things that go bump in the night? Monster Spray to the rescue! You can check the closets, under the bed, below the window, and keep the area clear of monsters with your special deterrent spray!
 
MONSTER BE GONE NIGHTTIME SPRAY
1–2 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil
2–3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
1–2 drops Serenity the Restful Blend 
1 tbsp. Witch Hazel
Fill 3/4 with filtered Water
Setting the mood helps children get control of their emotions and helps them train their thoughts. Let your child help you make the spray mixture, and decorate the spray bottle with silly monster face stickers and googly eyes. Then have him hold the bottle and pray or think about good things. Tell him to imagine that this is a bottle of magic water, and that no monsters can come within seven miles of it!
